Shipping and Handling

Please note the following information regarding the Shipping and Handling of your order from LumiaStyles.com:

• Handling times:
  
  • 1 to 2 working days.
    
• Shipping times:
  
  • 2 to 7 working days.
    
• If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse separately, depending on the availability of the item at the warehouse.
• Please allow 2 - 7 days for your order to arrive (varies from product to product).
• All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx or ePacket, depending on where the supplier is (This will be notified to you when you get your shipping confirmation).
• Shipping Charges will be calculated during Checkout.  As of now we have two Shipping Rates:
  
  • US Flat Rate: $5 (For orders under $50 shipped anywhere in the US)
  • FREE SHIPPING in US for orders over $50
• Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. 

Canceling Your Order

You can cancel an Order before the Order processing starts (usually 1-2 working days). Please note that once the Order Processing has started, we won't be able to cancel the Order. To cancel your Order, simply send an email to cancel-order@LumiaStyles.com within 24 to 48 hours of Checkout. We will refund the purchase amount back to your Credit Card Account. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a shipped order.
